I think I've mentioned my (quite understandable) hatred of driving in fog before, I much prefer driving on icy roads. Tonight I had a wild example of the dangers of poor visibility, as the car I was following through the fog failed to negotiate a hairpin turn and went off the road. Luckily for him he managed to avoid hitting anything, and luckily for me, I was on top of this enough to avoid following his lights. Pretty scary stuff.
