NHL 06 Demo

A demo for NHL 06 is now available, allowing the opportunity to check out the simulation of the upcoming return of pro hockey to North America. The demo offers the chance to play a five minute game between Toronto and Tampa Bay. The 273 MB download is available on the EA FTP server (direct link) and mirrored on 3D Gamers, FileFront, Filerush (torrent), Gameguru Mania, Gamer's Hell, Strategy Informer, and Worthplaying.

too bad espn nhl isnīt getting ported to pc.

Actually, the old "ESPN NHL 2K5" is just "NHL 2K6" this year. They dropped the ESPN licence for this year after EA bought it for next year (if they can't get an NHL exclusive, they'll grap their main competitor's TV tie-in). But yeah, it's a shame 2K Sports insists on releasing their great game on consoles only.
