House backs
federal investigation of Rockstar Games on GameSpot (thanks Frans) has word
on further scaldings in the works over Hot Coffee and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas:
Today's vote advanced House Resolution 376, introduced by Congressman
Fred Upton (R-MI). In Upton's words, he is "leading the Congressional effort to
determine if a best selling video game maker intentionally deceived the
industry’s ratings board to avoid an 'Adults-Only' rating."
In a statement, Upton recently said he was "outraged by the brazenness of
Rockstar Games in their effort to do an end-run around the ratings system....
Rockstar Games’ deceit has severely undermined the integrity of the ratings
system."

I guarantee you more pre-twenty year olds and adults buy this shit than kids. I've witness the parents with caved in frontal lobes just allow and /or purchase directly for their kids anything they want.
It's prophetic how the US is starting to become more like China/ communism of old and China is becoming more tolerant in it's own mysterious way. Actually, the more I think about the US the more it all comes into perspective…
The US is a cross between Orwellian moments of: Fahrenheit 451 and 1984.
Back to politics now, we've got Hillary the-dried-up-sexless-B***h Clinton that goes into spastic seizures over the idea of a man an woman engaging in sex (no wonder Bill dumped on her several time).
As for the ESRB and Mr. Valencia himself, all they're doing is playing up to politics without any consensus. Why should they give a fuck about what the average citizen is capable or incapable of doing far as deciding what’s best for their children when they (the thought police) feel they are employed with the answers beyond our comprehension. I'd love to meet the offspring of some of these DEE-ranged psychopaths.
