Sin 2 on Steam

SiN 2 gets Steam release on Eurogamer cites the new issue of PC Gamer UK magazine as the source of confirmation of development of Sin 2 at Ritual Entertainment, though a recent series of teasers left this in little doubt. According to the story, the shooter sequel will use a modified version of Valve Software's Source engine, and will be released episodically via the Steam service, with the approximately six hour episodes to be released "every three to four months" for around $20 each. The article expresses uncertainty over whether the game will be released in boxed form, but does project the first release to be sometime this winter.

I don't mind episodes, I can accept to use steam if I have to but does this mean you need a credit card to buy the game? Will they have cards for sale at EB like they have for some MMORPG or cell phones so you can buy the game without a credit card? Anyways I could get aa credit card no probleme but I just do not want or need one a the present time.

Stuttering?!?!!I heard it when half life came out same with BF2 but never experienced it... It sucks for people who have those types of issues but I just do not get why some have issues & others never have any problems. I know that in BF2 if you go on EA ranked server the lag is horrible but outside of that I really do not get the entire suttering problem.

I'm starting to wonder if there are compatibility issues with some PC components or maybe the minumum requirements should be raise. It might just be that game makers are cutting to many corners but something is up! To many people have severe issues with recent games.

P.S. Please leave greed out of this, Capitalism people it's all about the bottom line. I really hate it when people bring greed up even when talking about Pro Athletes, it's like some people hover between capitalism & communism or socialism depending on the situtations and pick what ever suits their needs at the time. Anyways this is just a little pointless rant on my part not aimed at any comments posted in here.
