Darwinia Demo

A playable demo of Darwinia is now available, offering the opportunity to check out Introversion Software's upcoming retro action/strategy offering. Here's the description of the game from the Darwinia Website: "Combining fast paced action with strategic battle planning, the game features a novel and intuitive control mechanism, a graphical style ripped from 80's retro classics, and a story concerning a tribe of video game sprites trapped in a modern 3d game world." The demo includes a tutorial along with a sample of actual gameplay, and the mere 11 MB download can be found on the Darwinia Downloads Page, and mirrored on 3D Gamers, FileFront, and Gameguru Mania.
