Out of the Blue

It's not a big deal, but IE 6 has developed this annoying habit of suppressing its status bar. I re-enable it via the view menu, and next browser I open, it's gone again. Like I say, it's no biggie, though it is surprising to learn how often I will use the status bar to see where a link goes before clicking it.

I used to p1mp Avant Browser, but it wasn't too stable on my system, so I switched to MyIE and haven't looked back.

http://www.myie2.com/

Mouse gestures, tabs, plug-ins, blocks Flash (no click to view unfortunately)... and still chock full of the Microsoft goodness you love (to hate, as in not-so-good style sheet support, security holes, horrible web page printing, etc.)

One problem is that you can't change how pages open (usually new pages open in the background unless a link is directly clicked) and tabs are always full-screen, but otherwise it's darn good (IMHO).
