X²-The Threat Patch

The Egosoft Website now offers a new patch for X²-The Threat, updating the 4X space game to version 1.2. As with the version 1.1 patch, the update is available to registered users only, and mirrors are not allowed. Thanks Quboid.

I got a big kick out of Morrowind. Bought the two expansions, too. In fact I keep putting off finishing it because I don't want to end it. I have my saved games folder tucked away for a rainy day reinstall. X2 just didn't do anything for me. Didn't like the attitudes of their official forums, but I bought their game anyway. It probably should have clued me in that they have heavy handed board moderators. Ah well... I'll keep it around until I get the Patch That Makes It Fun
