New ATI CATALYST Drivers

The ATI Drivers & Software Website now offers downloads of new version 3.8 CATALYST reference drivers for ATI video cards (thanks Ralph Moore). Word is: "Installing a new driver is only recommended if you are having issues with your ATI product, including those mentioned in the 'Fixed in this driver'. For more details, please review the RELEASE NOTES."

Installed this, made my mutlimedia center (tv and stuff) crash every minute, had to uninstall EVERYTHING, then re-install from scratch to fix. Quite a pain, I think I'll hold off on these drivers...
