Verisign redirect "service"; MS in ATMs |

One question I have about this... why is it referred to as a "service"? IMO, if this is the case, they may as well call spam a "service".
As far as the "Windows in ATM's" story goes, hasn't a yearful of bad news about Microsoft vulnerabilities (which never seem to cease- they keep patching the SAME hole!) demonstrated this to be a bad idea?
Just read some recent news, including one of the headlines above! And some governments around the world are dumping MS in droves.
In other MS news, WHY are they trying to out-do Google? Can't MS fix their own stuff that doesn't work first? The file find utility in XP doesn't find helf the files I ask it to find!!! Nevermind searching the 'net. Besides, Google had the problem solved. Why do we need another solution to something that is already solved? Unless the solution can be improved upon, which I doubt MS can do in this case.
