HomeLan Fed's Unreal Tournament 2003 Preview
is online, based on getting to check out the upcoming UT sequel during a visit
to the offices of Digital Extremes, who are creating it under the watchful eye
of Epic Games. The preview offers impressions of the gameplay, weapons, levels,
what sort of single-player experience the multiplayer-oriented game will offer,
mod support, the built-in server browser, the use of the Karma physics engine,
and more. Also based on attending the same demonstration is Unreal Center's
UT2003 Preview, which offers a rush of first-hand impressions crammed into a
fairly compact post. Also, Games Radar UK's
UT2003 Preview is another article based on the earlier European press tour
to show off the game, and describes gameplay, levels, weapons, multiplayer
modes, the editor, and more, including a batch of screenshots (apparently the
media that came out of the European tour has prompted a decision not to provide
screenshots to accompany the later North American previews). Finally, on a
semi-related note, Unreal Tournament2 Net's
Asia Carrera Q&A talks with this UT player about UT and UT2003 because,
well... she's a pr0n star.
