Interplay Negotiating Sale of Shiny; Transaction to Fund Growth Thrust is a press release from Interplay revealing they are looking to divest themselves of game developer Shiny Entertainment, currently working on a Matrix game. According to the release, Interplay "is in the advanced stages of negotiations with a potential buyer of Shiny Entertainment, an Interplay subsidiary. The prospective buyer and potential terms of sale were not disclosed."
