If you find your eyes watering and your lungs burning later today, before you check to see if the local chemical factory is on fire, you might want to make sure your aren't simply downwind of the northeastern United States, as I'm busting out the Dutch oven today for another batch of my famed and feared chili. If you are looking to play along at home, here's the recipe for the chili that was tortured out of me the last time this came up, just remember, I accept no responsibility for any intestinal harm that befalls anyone attempting to sample the six alarm version of the recipe. =]
