The PunkBuster Online Countermeasures website (thanks Aaron Gross) has news on the latest developments there. This includes the good news (for them) that they are pushing forward towards the realm of commercial software that will lead to the inclusion of their anti-cheating technology in other online games and the bad news (for many Half-Life and Counter-Strike players) that they are also dropping support for Valve's products, since Valve is apparently unwilling to join in an agreement with them to directly integrate PunkBuster technology directly into their games.
