The Bethesda Blog notes that pre-purchases of Dragonborn on Steam are now underway, offering the chance to pre-spend some cash on the next DLC for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, the latest installment in the RPG series.

How does Skyrim DLC work? Is it like Fallout: New Vegas, where you continue with the same character? Do you need a high level character?
