How weird is it that I talked about my Bolognese sauce obsession on the same day the BBC posted an article on the cuisine of Bologna with the humorous title Where vegetarianism is an exotic illness? Bologna sounds like my kind of place.

Argo Dredd Seven Psychopaths
I heartily recommend them all. The last one really surprised me because I didn't really have any expectations going in - which is usually best - and it was great little dark comedy. I love Sam Rockwell! Hah!
I thought Urban did a really good Dredd. I'd lurve to see them do another one.
And kudos to Affleck for Argo - though he did pad the hell out of the end of it. Nice period piece that shows Canada rocks! Argo was fantastic. Looking forward to Dredd, the reviews have been good. It's too bad it didn't make more money (only $13m on a $50m production budget, and that doesn't even include theater cut or advertising). With that kind of box office, I don't think there will be a sequel, sadly. Argo was good, but they did hollywood up the ending a bit. I believe the article I read said that once they cleared their paperwork to leave, they basically sat in the airport for a few hours, and no one knew the wiser. Still an amazing story, and they got most of it right, including the CIAs original plan for them to ride bicycles for 300 miles to the border.
Need to watch Dredd. I think Skyfall and Cloud Atlas were my favs from last year.
