THQ Sale Clarified

This press release adds some clarity to how the IP assets of THQ will be sold off following the company's bankruptcy and investor concerns about how such a sale will be conducted. Yesterday a report indicated these assets will be sold piecemeal at auction in two weeks, but the new announcement indicates that this will only happen if the combined bidding for all of them surpasses the Clearlake Capital Group's bid for the entire company.
