Tod Semple's LinkedIn Profile is updated revealing that Valve has acquired his startup developer Star Filled Studios which will be the basis for a new San Francisco-based office for the developer: "My recent startup was acquired by Valve and we are opening a new office on the San Francisco peninsula." I bet they get a portal developed between this studio and their home base within a month =D
