Well I was trying to be vague and non spoilish. I don't recall the exact details, but someone claimed that a decision earlier in the game wasn't reflected correctly later on.
Let me see if I can find it...
Here we go (potential spoilers, but it does seem to be an issue)
I'm not sure that it was ever officially fixed, or how it was triggered. Maybe those who downloaded one, finished the chapter, then downloaded the next as they literally bought them episodically as opposed to all at once.
Still, as always, the community seems to have found a solution:
