Me neither but it is the principal that pisses me off.
I know some Countries get games a lot cheaper then the US like Russia for example and that is fine, but when there is a promotion for a game, either give it to every versions of the game or none.

Agreed, unfortunately publishers seem to love their shitty regional pricing/promotions.
