Canada is a large country and acting like everyone has the same options as your geographical area is disingenous and incorrect. DSL resale is mandated but not necessarily prevalent and cable resale is still very much in its infancy. There are few capless providers in many areas and many people do not have access in the first place. I'm sure that you think such people should pull themselves up by their bootstraps and move or found their own ISP though |
