It's a shame SONY did so many things "right" in not trying to manipulate people or charge for everything, that it worked against them. Young people respond well to manipulation, Microsoft proves it almost daily.

I think you're an odd one. What, exactly, did Microsoft do to "manipulate" that Sony didn't do?
