Tried all the alternatives (MythTV, XBMC etc) and in terms of overall functionality? Nothing came close.
I think it's a mistake to remove it, as I doubt the codec licensing savings will be passed on to the end user.
Surprised at blue to hear him say he'd pay to *not* have it?!? You're only surprised because you are one of the minority that like Media Center. It's intrusive and it starts itself at the most annoying times. I'll take any media software over that. |
