Trying to explain that it's cheaper for me to buy DVDs, Blu-rays, or HD downloads of the handful of TV shows I watch than to pay for a subscription to TV service is like trying to explain to a hardcore Southern Baptist that Jesus wasn't a white guy. It just doesn't compute for them.

I'm surprised, now-a-days I know a bunch of people (even tech UN-savvy) considering dropping their Cable service in favor of some variation of: Netflix + DVDs + iTunes + Hulu.
