SimCity 5 Next Year?

This trailer on the YouTube follows up recent SimCity 5 rumors with a purported "pre-visualization" trailer for SimCity 5, which is a fancy way of saying it's a video of concept art. Genuine or not, there is not much in it to give a sense of what might set the next installment in the urban planning series apart from its forebears, but it does conclude with a "coming 2013" release window. Thanks Joystiq. There's also an article on the next SimCity on IGN translated from a print article in German magazine GameStar, a seeming confirmation of those rumors.
