Can't fire someone for something they weren't warned about.....just sayin. The problem is you would have to fire EVERYONE. There isn't one cop that didn't look up SOMEONE at somepoint.

There are people that get unpaid days off for looking up famous people or names that are in the news, etc. The powers that be run reports on the system against the news to see if people are looking up people they aren't supposed to.

There are checks in place.
