Out of the Blue

I'm pretty firmly committed to my idea of making chili this weekend. I've mentioned before that a couple of my recent batches of chili were efforts at a moderate spiciness level more suited to typical tastes, but these Ghost Naga peppers sort of demand taking this in the other direction, so I think I'll do two batches, one normal, and the other weapons grade. The other thing I'm going to do this time around is uses some chipotle in each batch, as I think the smokiness it will impart should be a nice addition.

So funny. Right out of my favorite Everybody Loves Raymond episode ever.

Good times... One of the few shows where I have the entire collection on DVD... Course, it helps that they were like $15 a season... : )

I stopped buying TV Shows (and movies, I guess) though... Takes up too much room : )

I only got to know the show through reruns. Was never the least bit interested when it broadcast. I mean, who wants to watch something that starts with "Everybody Loves ..." Now, I've probably seen every one 4 or 5 times - a few a lot more than that.

I haven't bought a TV show on DVD for years and years but I just got the Blu Ray set for Space: 1999 Season 1 a couple of days ago for something like $40. It was sooo worth it.
