The ENBSeries Website offers a new modification for Deus Ex: Human Revolution, that offers various visual improvements for Eidos Montreal's action/RPG prequel, including the removal of the gold filter, for those who don't enjoy viewing the world through pee-colored glasses. Word is this is developed for NVIDIA GPUs, and there's no indication of whether this will work on graphics cards from other vendors. Thanks nin via Kotaku/PC Gamer. Update: It is confirmed that this only works on NVIDIA hardware.

I dislike the yellow, and I hate the fact that every single place, including places like laboratory interiors, are filled with smoke, so this mod got my hopes up. I fiddled with the mod this morning. Unfortunately what the article doesn't tell you is that you have to play in DX9 mode, not DX11, you have to turn off all shadows, my loading time increased, my framerate dropped, and I got horrible mouse lag. It's a great idea, but it needs more work.
