New AMD Catalyst Drivers

The AMD Graphics Drivers & Software Page now offers new version 11.4 Catalyst reference drivers for AMD/ATI graphics cards. There are new drivers for 64 bit Windows Vista/Windows 7, 32 bit Windows Vista/Windows 7, and 32 bit Windows XP. The AMD Catalyst 11.4 Release Notes outline all that's new and different.

BSOD on install, Win7 64-bit and a 6870... restarted, cleaned it all off, and tried again and while no BSOD after that point I still couldn't get the drivers to install. Poking around device manager it was suggesting that the driver package wasn't for this version of the OS, so after a redownload and retry and getting the same thing I finally just went back to 11.3 without so much as a hiccup.

So....yeah. Try at your own risk, I guess.
