Unofficial Patches

A new hotfix for the unofficial Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines brings the action/RPG to version 7.4a while addressing a bug in the recent version 7.4 patch (thanks Acleacius). Also, Wesp5, author of that patch, now also offers updated versions of his unofficial patches for a pair of Deep Shadows games, which offer translations and other enhancements. There is a new version 1.4 patch for Precursors on The Patches Scrolls, and a new version 1.4 patch for White Gold: War in Paradise, also on The Patches Scrolls.

What's amazing like other Unofficial Patches (Fallout comes to mind) is what a couple of dedicated fans can do in mere weeks, takes months for game companies. That's if they even care enough to patch and fix their games.

Fan support is the key to success of independent developers, who actually care about the quality of their games.
