World of Warcraft: Cataclysm Launch

Today is the launch of the new Cataclysm expansion for World of Warcraft, Blizzard's all-conquering MMORPG. There were midnight launch events in the wee hours, and if you missed out, you can relive the magic by opening all your windows and watching the video on GameSpot or the video on OC Register. There's a report on the launch in the U.K. on MCV. There are First Impressions on PC Gamer where they also have 15 reasons to play Cataclysm. There's also this trailer (NSFW) with a clever music video about the add-on's cataclysmic events, with apologies to R.E.M. Thanks Ant.

There's 2 "new" world zones that haven't been touched yet. Outland, and Northrend. But Outland has 3-5 portals, and there's at least 2-3 more expansions planned. So they'll probably change one of the other zones.
