Turbine Turns Up Funding

Gamasutra reports that Turbine has raised $6.6 million of series D funding, with the bad new that this is about 12% of the $50 million in new investments they are seeking. This info is contained in a new SEC filing, which does not state how this money is earmarked.

I guess people still haven't figured out that Turbine is just a money laundering outfit for the Boston area. Yeah, because it couldn't be about creating great games like LotRO. I think you're up for 'dumbass comment of the day' award.
