Today is the official GameCube release day, so I guess the talking stage in the console wars is ending and the shooting war is beginning, there's GameCube launch coverage on GameSpy.com and Planet GameCube. Australian Launch Details Revealed on Team Xbox says: "the Xbox will be available at retail outlets in Australia on the 14th of March, 2002. The console will be selling at a price of AUD$649 (incl GST)." Another report on Team Xbox has news for European gamers that an SCART adapter for the Xbox is in the works. Citing recent business troubles as the cause, GameSpot's The Matrix update reports: "Interplay could run into roadblocks in releasing its games based on The Matrix films." Finally, GameSpot's James Bond in Agent Under Fire Review looks at 007's new PS2 game and there's a Half-Life review on ps2.ign.com.
