ATI's Drivers & Software Page is where to find the new version 8.8 Catalyst reference drivers for ATI Radeon graphics cards (thanks Bill). The release notes outline what's new and different; for Windows this includes New Avivo video features and Hybrid Graphics Support for Windows XP, and for Linux, overdrive and CrossFire support are added (as described on Phoronix).

	The 7.12 drivers are still better.

	...it's currently a mislink that will just download the CCC only install. You have to download the separate driver/CCC packages for Vista 32 right now.
