Second TF2 Unlockable Weapon

Today's Team Fortress 2 - A Heavy Update introduces the second Heavy class unlockable weapon as a Level 5 Minigun which has a 100% chance of slowing victims at the expense of doing 25% less damage:

The Heavy's second unlockable, Natascha, slows enemies with her bullets. Anyone damaged by her will move slower for an instant, encouraging them to find cover or turn and face the Heavy, mano-a-tiny-itty-bitty-mano. Unfortunately, Natascha is slightly weaker than Sasha, so she takes longer to finish off a victim. As a result, Natascha's great against fleeing cowards, such as Scouts & Medics, and less great against anyone actively trying to kill her master. Heavies that like to jump around corners and surprise groups of startled enemy crybabies will also find her very useful, although they should look for a Sasha-wielding enemy Heavy before they leap.

Natasha is useless...the minigun runs out of ammo extremely fast and now it will require more ammo to kill anyone?

The weapon upgrades were supposed to make the Heavy more viable on his own. Natasha is useless without a kritz, so the Heavy would HAVE to chose KGB in order to make Natasha usefull for independent kritz. I see this as an update for the Medics to make better use of their kritz...the Heavy will suffer greatly if they are by themselves.

Standing alone the Heavy only survives because everyone runs...the only ones that don't run are snipers because they are far enough away to not get damaged much (even less now) and they don't even move anyway...most likely Natasha will steady their aim better, and spys because they will be trying to run behind the Heavy and if a bullet from any gun hits them then they glow anyway so slowing them down is next to useless. Basically, it will allow the enemy more time to kill the Heavy.

This is the stupidest "upgrade" I've ever seen...it's more of a downgrade.

Photostroika: Provide an enemy with a freezecam shot of you taunting while invulnerable.

Only achievement that seems to buck against good team play, well other than Show Trial: Kill an enemy with a taunt., but still seems like valve is learning.

I wonder if it will slow down someone who's being ubered. I can see that as a good counter to a medic uber combo.

Sounds reasonable. I look forward to this update as I rarely play as heavy much.

CPU upgrade? Check. Graphics upgrade? Not sure. I can wait for DX11 or grab a second 4870 now... or do both. Hmmm. Sunny
