The Savage 2: A Tortured Soul Website has word that they are putting more servers for the action/strategy game online this week to handle demand:

Due to tremendous response we have more players than expected. We will be putting more official servers online this week to handle the popularity! Thanks everyone

    unfortunately I had meant to buy a copy but forgot and its now back up to $20 again.
Well it was $30 before the weekend, so it's still $10 cheaper than it was a week ago. Not a bad deal, considering. I also meant to buy it and forgot, hopefully it stays at $20 until I have time to play again.

 More servers would be good. There are only about seven or eight official ones, and they're always filled up.
