Riccitiello is the Devil....
Probst was the devil, but I like Riccitiello. He actually seems to get it and genuinely wants EA to put out good and well-received games instead of what EA had been doing.

I haven't read enough about the man to determine whether he's the devil.
His comment is accurate though. When have investors ever cared about quality? If the company makes money, they're happy. Also, his comment makes more sense when read in context. EA's Metacritic scores have apparently improved over the past three years, EA's share price has not. He gave that quote when asked to reconcile that disconnect.
