Yeah jimmns, I find it funny that people think public domain should NOT be on the internet. Doesn't really make sense. ok, so either I can drive to it and look at it, or I can look at it online. woohpityfuckingdoo!

I mean....shit, it is in plain view. So who cares.

How many words were used on that waste of an article?

Why can't they write about something that actually means something rather than comparing the number of words used on Wikipedia?

This is another fine example of the state of video game and internet journalism.

Yeah, WWII only has X amount of words... on its main page. It has thousands and thousands more if you go into the main sections... and then those main sections... etc.
That's a very good point. These comparisons aren't very fair. I have plenty of complaints about Wikipedia, like how UFO conspiracy theorists have hijacked the article on my great-uncle. But that's definitely a disingenuous criticism.

That WTF World of Wikipedia is a bit idiotic.

Does anyone else find it odd that this is from a country where they are monitored by a CCTV on just about every street corner.

"In our view they need a person's consent if they make use of a person's face for commercial ends," said Simon Davis of the group.
Last time I checked, I didn't have to pay to see Google's street view.
