New beta version 169.25 ForceWare reference drivers for NVIDIA GeForce accelerators running under Windows Vista are now available (thanks FiringSquad). There are Windows Vista 64-bit and Windows Vista 32-bit drivers, highlighted by support for NVIDIA 3-way SLI Technology and the GeForce 8800 GTS 512 GPU.

	This one may have sli profiles, but the last two removed them all according to the nvnews forum feedback. edit: no apparently this one also has them all set to default to single card too This message was edited at Dec 14, 10:21.

	So there are people who spend $1,600 on three video cards? How exorbitant. I'm content with spending one fifth of that for 75% of the performance. Yeah, I'm jealous.

	A lot of their driver releases have to do with adding game profiles for SLI support. This is a godsend for me, as my 7950GX2 requires those profiles as well even though it's a single-slot solution. I literally just grabbed those drivers too, as I just installed Vista after getting a good deal on it at CompUSA. 	I'll be there to whinge when Nvidia doesn't pump out enough drivers for its products. I'll be there to whinge when Nvidia pumps out drivers so often it becomes a pain in the ass and tiresome to download and install twice a week Which makes me evenly balanced. How about you?
