thread on the Diablo III forums has a complaint from a user who claims to have been charged $149.99 for an item in the Real-Money Auction House for
Diablo III after bidding on an item they say was posted at $0.00. They offer evidence to support this claim as well indications that the bug they encountered is still occurring. On a semi-related note,
this thread has the account from a user claiming to have lost a Battle.net balance of $200.00 after changing the region on their account, while
this one is from someone who says they called the FBI to report Blizzard for wire fraud, alleging having never received a $49.99 payment for an item they sold. These threads have attracted a lot of attention from users, but so far have received no official "blue" comments from Blizzard. Thanks Joao and

Drox Operative Patches Page now offers new patches for the Windows and OS X editions of
Drox Operative, updating the beta of Soldak's upcoming action/RPG to version 0.905.
This page has the complete patch notes, and here's the Reader's Digest version: "This patch makes player races more distinct, addresses crew balance issues, and fixes a bunch of other things."
A new version 8.1 beta 2 patch is now available for
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, continuing the community support for this game that's now lasted about as long as its developer Troika games was in existence.

Well things were pretty quiet yesterday afternoon, and we were receiving a houseguest, so I hope I can be forgiven for deciding to forgo an update last night to attend to things. Now we're faced with how to entertain one of the Smurfs on one of those rare summer days that overcomes the BlueTower's natural cooling abilities and makes us regret our lack of air conditioning, and it seems way too hot for the mini-golf outing we had planned, so we may look to take in a movie or some other cool activity.
